Being the most important organization I've yet to join, I had to cut out a whole separate section for UFFDA. Without it, I know I would not be bowhunting today, and I certainly wouldn't have met all the wonderful folks involved.
With any luck and a lot of help, I will be starting a hunt just like this one in Texas before the leaves begin falling next year. It's way too good an event to be wasted on just the midwestern states. Below, you can find a personal account detailing my first trip to Minnesota in search of whitetail with a crossbow. Because of the close relationship between this group and general bow hunting, I have to have a link to my archery page. The equipment page will also be filled by UFFDA members due to the simple fact that they are so many different disabilities present at each hunt. They are the richest source I've found for adaptive devices, and this Fall I will be taking plenty of photos.
