Here is a different type of accessible adaptation for a truck that doesn't use an under-the-vehicle lift like the Braun Lift like is installed on most vans and some trucks similar to the one I use.

Notice the crane arm mounted in the bed of the truck that hoists the chair into the back after transfer into the driver's chair.
