Date: Oct. 11, 2004 Place: Lusk & Wheatland, WY Distance: ? (Must've been close!) These two trophies are the result of Chase's rcent trip with a group called Chairbound Hunters. They are a small operation in Wyoming that have been taking disabled hunters on hunts for a number of years and do an outstanding job. They hunt for mule deer, antelope and sometimes elk. |

Wyoming is loaded with goats. And the hunting for them is especially conducive for "chairbound" hunters. You load up in a truck and chase them around until you can get close enough to get a shot. It's amost as good as stalking them on foot, and you can cover a lot more ground. "Thanks to Mike Short & Al McCarty of Chairbound. You guys do a great job. Keep it up! I can't wait to see you guys again someday. I hope." |
