Here is How YOU Can Help Today!
Get Other Hunters and Fishermen with Disabilities Registered on Buckmasters' Mail Server. Our greatest tool for assisting outdoor enthusiasts with disabilities is our email information service, the one you are getting this message through.
We currently have over 1,200 people on our list, but this is a small number compared to the number of people with disabilities on the internet who hunt, fish and shoot. In order to expand our programs and increase our support base we need to get as many people on our list as possible.
This is the largest source of hunts offered on a yearly basis, and each offer will arrive in your email box as long as you are on the listserve.
Some hunts have costs involved, but those fees go to the host of the hunt. Below you will find some general information about BADF Disabled Services. Please share this with web masters, newspapers, magazines and so forth, and ask them to post or print information on how to get into our program.
Please ask anyone with a web site or other eservice that has disabled visitors to post information on how to join. Also, email friends that have disabilities that may hunt or fish and be sure they are signed up. If they are not, here is how they can join: Send an email to listserv@listserv.buckmasters.com with the following command in the body of the email (not subject line) of the email: SUBSCRIBE BMDISABLED If anyone has a problem with the command they can email me at dsullivan@buckmasters.com and I will manually place them on the list. Anyone wishing to be removed can also email me and request removal, or simply send an email to listserv@listserv.buckmasters.com with the following command in the body of the email (not the subject line): REMOVE BMDISABLED.

3/21/07 - Bear Hunt
Black Bear Hunt in New Brunswick offered:
Streamlight offer $1000 Bear Hunt Scholarship New Brunswick Bear Hunt with a $1000 assistance from Streamlight. During the week of May 21, 2007 we will hunt with Bear Paw Outfitters in Bathurst, New Brunswick, Canada (five day hunt with meals and lodging included). We have been hunting with them for several years, with very good success (near 100%). There is an opening for a physically challenged hunter who is mobile, who can climb into a typical ladder stand. This hunter will need to be able to hunt by himself, or either pay an extra $300 for a 1 on 1 guided hunt. The total cost of the hunt is $1500 with Streamlight support covering $1000 of that. If we don’t have enough disabled hunters to fill the hunt we will take some non-disabled hunters until the slots are full. Please indicate in the application if you have someone interested. Their cost will be $1500 (no scholarship). Contact David Sullivan at dsullivan@buckmasters.com a.s.a.p.
