COLORADO - Attention
handi-buddy big game hunters! It’s time to start scheduling our fall big
game hunting activities. We have several excellent private land hunting
properties available where landowners are anxious for mobility-disabled
sportsmen to enjoy hunting experiences. We also have capable able-buddy
volunteers available and ready, if you want one to accompany and assist
you on a hunting trip. Its best if you already have a hunting license
for the season that you want to hunt, but if you don’t please let us know.
If you want to participate in Outdoor
Buddies hunts for elk, deer, or antelope during this year’s fall seasons,
please let us know. You can contact any of the following people to get
information.
Dwaine Robey at 303-660-9209
Rick White at 303-693-9985
Larry Davis at 303-823-6842
Oregon/Colorado - We have two opportunities available for critically ill or critically disabled youths at this time. These specific hunts are for mule deer and antelope in Oregon and Colorado. They are through our Life Hunts program. Critically ill or critically disabled youths ages 21 and under who might be interested should email dsullivan@buckmasters.com and request the information on the hunts and how to apply for them. On these events Buckmasters American Deer Foundation will cover the cost of travel, the outfitters are providing the hunts at no cost. We have to get things rolling soon so the selected hunters can apply for their tags and other necessary paperwork.
